Reporting Concerns
If you are concerned about a child's welfare or worried they are being abused, Any parents, professionals or members of the public can contact the Solihull Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub:

Your call will be answered by the Integrated Front Door Business Support Team.
A new line has been set up for Parents and Professionals where children are open to the Safeguarding and Support Team, Children with Disabilities Team and Families Together Team. The new number is 0121 788 4210, calls will be answered by the Safeguarding Business Support Team.
Outside these hours, if you need to report concerns out of office hours then please contact the Emergency Duty Service/Team on 0121 605 6060 (Evenings, weekends or bank holidays).
The Multi Agency Referral can also be used to share information with Solihull MASH. More information on how to make a referral can be found in the found in the Referrals Procedure.
If you are unsure the West Midlands Regional Safeguarding Procedures Manual will be able to help guide you or the Solihull Threshold Guidance which tells you which types of services a family may need to get support.
